Paco was very kind to link back to my posting of yesterday on David ‘The Blob’ Axelrod.
In the same post, he links to a very interesting one by Steve Burri [the Good Burri, not the Evil Burri] over at Grandpa John’s. It seems the Propaganda Ministry of our Divine Julius Obamacus Caesar, Organizing AgainstFor America, sent Steve’s wife a letter. I think he and his wife handled this request for money very well, as you will see if you click here.
The thing about the letter that struck me was this sentence [emphasis in the original]:
Donate $3 now to be automatically registered for a chance to win a trip to meet President Obama backstage in Las Vegas.
It seems that on 22 October, Barry will be ‘kicking off the final push’ of his campaign to get the ‘grassroots’ enthused about the 02 November election [I hope he brings enough grease for all those palms].
Several questions arise:
1) What the heck is he doing in Vegas — I wonder if he’ll ‘blow a bunch of cash’ while he’s there?
2) The wording above makes it sound like he’ll be meeting with his fans after his stage show. Are we going to be graced by a rare appearance of
Barry & The Ches?
‘I did it….Myyyyyy Wayyyyyyyyy!!!!’

I had assumed that Barry would be doing comedy. He has a real knack for it. In the Sunday edition of The NY Times Magazine he has declared that, in the event of a Republican landslide victory, representing a total rejection of the Obama/Democrat regime, the new Republican majority in congress will just have to “work with me in a serious way” and move in his direction politically. Yes, that’s right, folks, when confronted with a Repub landslide Bill Clinton realized he had to tack to the right, but for Obama, a Repub landslide is an indication that the Repubs will need to tack strongly to the left, reject everything they ran on, and embrace the Obama agenda, because, really, it’s all just about him, isn’t it? Hahahahahaa! Hohohoho! Seriously, this guy is comedy gold. Don’t be surprised if he brings his ventriloquist dummy Joey B. back to Vegas in a couple years for a second career.
Erich: Good point – he’s certainly got what every comedian needs: a shtick. Outside of what he thinks, however [and sorry to be a downer here], my biggest fear is that what he wants is EXACTLY what people like Boehner and McConnell will do.
Boehner and McConnell? Who the heck are they? Do I know them? Speaker Bachmann and Majority Leader DeMint will never allow such a thing to happen!
