Fear And Loathing: CPAC 2011 Day 2

11 February 2011 @ 23:45

Today was the second day of the annual CPAC Conference in the enemy capital, Washington D.C..  It has been described as the ‘Conservative Mardi Gras’ and it certainly is always a lively event.

Stacy McCain and Pete, DaTechGuy are on the scene and on the beat reporting on the events in front of and behind the scenes.

-Stacy filed three reports today…

=About Last Night [gonzo infiltration of three parties, pictures, and continuing the search for free libations]

=Hecklers In The Big Tent [Paulistas in the midst]

=Into The Scrum [gonzo networking skills and Capt’n Ed  on display]

-Pete’s been very busy and, man, does he get around [not bad for a guy who is rather round, IYKWIMAITYD]…

=Voices From The Going Green Event next door [three interviews with rather green-hued people]

=After Seeing This Sign At CPAC… [Pete changes the question]

=Voices Of CPAC [interview with Art Linsey]

=Voices Of CPAC [interview with Art Bohn]

=My Brief Interview With Herman Cain [way to go Pete][BTW: I say Mr. Cain’s speech on C-SPAN and it was a damn good one]

=Quick CPAC Thoughts [with pictures]

=Can Someone Explain To Me Why… [Pete ponders Palin Posers and Blowhards]

And now, the moment you’ve been waiting for…CPAC Rule 5! [courtesy of Jim Hoft]:

Hannah Giles, Dana Loesch
[Men…this is what we’re fighting for!]

-Keep checking-in with Stacy and Pete over at their joints for more on-the-scene reporting.  I’ll try to post another update on CPAC early Saturday evening.

I must admit, Dana is looking hot. As her influence expands and she grows politically, she is getting better looking. Conservative women seem to do that, while the lib women, not so much.

Dandapani: Methinks you’re onto to something here.
