From Rob “EaBo Clipper” Eno at Red Mass Group, we learn that the Scott Brown Campaign is planning to file a criminal complaint against the Massachusetts Democratic Party for sending out this flyer in the mail today [big tip of the fedora to The Lonely Conservative]:

Here’s the text of the e-mail Mr. Eno received:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: CONTACT: Felix Browne 617-335-8333

MEDIA ADVISORY FOR TODAY

Dan Winslow, counsel for the Scott Brown for U.S. Senate campaign, will hold a media availability to announce the filing of a criminal complaint against the Massachusetts Democratic Party regarding a recent mailing paid for and sent by the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Winslow will make a statement and take reporters’ questions at MassGOP Headquarters in Boston TODAY at 4:00 PM.

Massachusetts GOP Headquarters
85 Merrimac Street, 4th Floor
Boston.

Over at The Daily Caller, Alex Pappas has filed a report, but it doesn’t add much to the story.

I’ll keep searching of for the latest on this story and will update here as soon as I find some useful reports.  Keep checking in with Red Mass Group: they’ve been providing excellant covergae of the race.

UPDATE @ 1850: Stacy McCain’s site appears to be down.

-UPDATE @ 1943: Still down.

-UPDATE @ 1943: Still down.

What follows is my planned aggregation [I’ll have to make this brief as we have guests coming over]…

-What’s that I smell?  Is it the smell of desperation?

-Once Stacy’s site is back-up, I hope to insert his stuff here.

-The Kato to Stacy’s Green Hornet, DaTechguy posts about getting out on the campaign trail and listening to what the folks [and the operatives] are saying.

In this posting, DTG assembles a good Coakley Gaffe aggregation.

-William Jacobson comments on the ‘Rape Mailer’ pictured above:

Of course, Martha Coakley is silent on this abuse of the rape issue by her close associates at the Mass Dem Party.

I’m sure, once Coakley gets around to it, she’ll say “I’m shocked.” Sometime after Tuesday.

The Prof is right: it is truly disgusting—but not surprising.

-He’s also been posting photos from Brown Campaign Events as they’re being sent to him.

-The Prof also has analysis of web statistics for both candidates.

-Also from Mr. Jacobson: The Cambridge Police Officer’s Association call Martha on her misrepresentations of them.

-Jules Crittenden is essential reading for a number of reasons.  A highlight:

That’s where it hangs right now … not just this race but so much more … and a weird balance it is, in bluest Massachusetts, where the barbarians have broken through the gates and Democrats find themselves backing up the stairwells in the desperate fight for Camelot’s castle keep. Never fear, once wildly popular President Barack Obama’s coming in to stump for Coakley! Be afraid, surging Republican hordes!

He’ll be fighting hard … it’s his own fate which is at stake, after all.

On MLK Jr. Day weekend in Boston, he couldn’t theoretically come better armed. It’s a great opportunity for the president to talk about the Dream, talk about Ted Kennedy’s dream, talk about Martha … careful with the “dreaming” analogies, O. But it should be inspiring, base-mobilizing.

Just a couple of problems. And for all the mythic qualities of this tale, they are tragically mundane.

Top-notch analysis from Jimmie Bise, over at The Sundries Shack, on Mzzz. Coakley’s comments on Catholic health care workers.

I have to go, the guests are here.  Rule 5 Saturday to come later.
